No. We work with your doctor as part of your healthcare team.
How often should I come back?

Yes! Parents/guardians should attend.
What if my asthma gets worse?
Call us or your doctor right away. We'll help adjust your plan.
Are asthma inhalers safe long-term?
Yes. Asthma medications are safe and effective for long-term use.
I never use my rescue inhaler—is my asthma controlled?
Maybe! If your maintenance inhaler is working well, that's why you don't need rescue inhalers. That's good news.
