How long does a prescription transfer take?
Most transfers happen within a few hours. We'll confirm when your prescriptions are ready for pickup.
Do I have to transfer all my prescriptions at once?
No. Transfer as many as you'd like. You can transfer more prescriptions anytime.
What if my old pharmacy won't release my records?
Pharmacies are required by law to transfer prescriptions. If there's an issue, we'll help you work it out.
Can I use my current insurance at Kirby Rx?
Yes. We accept most insurance plans. Just let us know your coverage when you call.
What if I don't have insurance?

Can I request early refills?
